They told this thing to the Blessed One.\n'I prescribe, O Bhikkhus, that you appoint a Bhikkhu possessed of the following five qualities, to take charge of the store-room: (a person) who does not go in the evil course of lust (&c., as in chap. 5, \u00a7 1), and who knows what is protected and what is not.\n'And you ought, O Bhikkhus, to appoint (&c., see chap. 5, \u00a7 2):\n2. At that time the Khabbaggiya Bhikkhus expelled a Bhikkhu, who had charge of a store-room, from his place.\nThey told this thing to the Blessed One.\n'Let no one, O Bhikkhus, expel a Bhikkhu, who has charge of a store-room, from his place.
