It was just growing dark on the evening of the fifth day, when there was a sound of tapping on the window of my room. I looked out, and on the window sill stood a snow white dove\u2014with a tiny card in its mouth.\nI stepped to the window and opened it. The dove walked in and\u2014stood calmly waiting. I took the card and read the message\u2014which was written in the same beautiful script\u2014as the previous one\u2014but this time in gold ink\u2014on a white card. On it were the words:\n\"Be at our meeting place at seven in the morning,\" signed, \"Saint Germain.\"\nAs soon as I had taken the card\u2014the dove flew to my shoulder and rubbed its head against my face\u2014as if conveying a message of love\u2014flew again to the window, and was gone like an arrow. I put the card away carefully, hoping it would remain, but the next morning as I looked for it before starting on my hike\u2014it had been dissolved. The golden card, on which the first message was written, had lasted\ninto the third day for I looked at it several times, hoping I could keep it permanently. When I found it had been returned to the universal my heart sank, so great was my disappointment.\nTo make the hike of ten miles and be there at seven in the morning, I knew would make it necessary for me to leave shortly after midnight. I arose early, and was on my way at three o'clock. By walking rapidly, I reached the forest just at daybreak. I had not gone far\u2014until a plaintive cry came to my ears. Before realizing it, I answered in the same tone\u2014so involuntary was my response. There was a rush of something through the timber and my friend\u2014the panther\u2014bounded toward me, the very embodiment of joy. I patted it and together we proceeded on our way to the meeting place.\nPromptly at seven o'clock, Saint Germain stepped\u2014right out of the atmosphere\u2014greeting me with open arms. Again, he handed me the crystal cup\u2014filled this time with a clear\u2014sparkling liquid. I drank it\u2014and the taste was not like anything I had ever physically experienced before. It was almost like the juice of grape-fruit iced\u2014but sparkling and effervescing. The moment I drank it\u2014a sensation like lightning went through my body\u2014carrying the feeling of its sparkling activity\u2014into every vein.\nSaint Germain\u2014then gave the panther a little brown cake\u2014which it quickly devoured. In a\nmoment its hair stood straight up\u2014and he remarked:\n\"Your friend will never again kill deer.\"\n\"For the coming experience and instruction\u2014it will be necessary to leave your body here on the mountain side\u2014because you have not yet called forth the\u2014Inner Power\u2014enough to enable you to take it where we are going today. The panther will be the guard for you and as an extra precaution\u2014I will place the cloak\u2014of invisibility\u2014around both. We will go to the Royal Teton.\n\"Come.\"\nInstantly\u2014I stood out in my finer body\u2014clothed in a rich garment\u2014of self-luminous, golden fabric.\n\"Observe carefully\u2014the material in which you are clothed,\" he continued. \"The substance composing the garment you wear has certain, extraordinary qualities and powers of its own\u2014one of which is to enable its wearer\u2014to lift and transport physical objects. The garment itself\u2014possesses pure electronic energy, and can be used to move objects\u2014the same as the force one uses through his physical body. This is a phenomenal activity that\u2014the Great Masters of Light\u2014have given permission to be used\u2014for the first time, on this planet.\"\nFor the benefit of my readers, I want to state clearly and unmistakably, that\u2014while I was clothed in a body which did function in four dimensions during these experiences\u2014yet it gave me the ability to feel\nand handle solid objects in the physical world\u2014the same as every one can do in his own physical body. The body I used this time was\u2014not\u2014that which is sometimes called\u2014the astral body.\nWe soon reached the top of a majestic mountain that stands sentinel over one of the most beautiful scenic belts in the United States. Vast forests lay beneath us, and great ranges of mountains, with their treasures of mineral wealth still untouched, stretched as far as the eye could see.\nGoing to a point where huge masses of stone lay in confusion, as if giants had hurled them in a war upon each other, Saint Germain touched a great boulder. Instantly, the enormous mass tipped out perhaps four feet away from its original position. He motioned me to follow. We entered and, to my astonishment, stood before a large bronze door.\n\"This has been here since before the sinking of Atlantis\u2014more than twelve thousand years ago,\" he explained.\nHe stepped forward and pressed certain points on the door. The great mass of bronze weighing many tons swung slowly open, and admitted us into a spacious chamber from which a stairway, cut in the solid rock, led downward. We descended some two hundred feet, and entered another space\u2014circular in shape. Saint Germain stepped across the room to a door opposite the stairs, and placed his right hand\nagainst it. As it opened, we stood before the entrance of a tube elevator. The interior looked like frosted silver\u2014and in answer to my thought, he said:\n\"Yes, but harder and stronger than steel and\u2014indestructible.\" A flat disc of the same metal, fitting the tube quite closely, rose within it to the level of the floor. The platform was controlled and operated\u2014entirely\u2014by the Master. He stepped upon it, and I followed. The door closed, and we began to descend. It was a long way down, although we did not move rapidly. The platform came to a stop at another bronze door of entirely different design.\n\"We have descended two thousand feet into the very heart of the mountain,\" he commented, as we stepped out of the tube.\nThe space in which we stood was of peculiar design and arrangement. It formed an oblong from east to west\u2014whose northeast and northwest corners had been cut on an angle. This formed an outer court or reception room. The heavy bronze door from the tube elevator opened into the court on the northeast wall.\nIn the north side were two other large bronze doors exactly alike, entering into a great audience hall. On the northwest wall was still another, a fourth door, like the one through which we had come in. Opposite on the long unbroken stretch of the south wall, hung an immense tapestry.\nIt was made of most unusual material and, while the weave was coarse, yet the thread or fiber was as soft\u2014as camel's hair. The background was of a delicate cream color and against this were two life-sized figures\u2014representing\u2014God Beings\u2014of Great Majesty and Power. The one on the right was masculine, the other feminine. Both were standing\u2014as if in the act of commanding\u2014Cosmic Forces\u2014to obey their decrees.\nThe masculine figure wore a full-flowing robe of some rich material, of a deep sapphire blue, banded and heavily embroidered in gold. It was evidently\u2014a robe of state\u2014or symbol of authority. Under the outer robe, was a tunic of golden fabric, metal-like in appearance.\nA sunburst of rubies, diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds covered the chest. The waist was encircled by a jeweled belt, and from it hung a panel about twelve inches long. It too was heavily encrusted with the same kind of jewels. The tunic reached to the knees, and the lower edge was trimmed with a band about four inches wide of heavy embroidery, in silk of the same color as the jewels.\nThe entire effect gave one the impression that the garments were\u2014all\u2014self-luminous. The feet were clad in sandal-like boots of golden leather reaching almost to the knees, very ornate and laced with sapphire blue cords. A band of gold about an inch and a\nhalf wide rested half way down upon the forehead, binding the figure's wavy golden hair which hung to about six inches below the shoulders.\nThe complexion was very fair with a soft pink tint, and the eyes were a deep violet blue. The fingers of the left hand rested lightly over the heart, and the upraised right hand held\u2014a blazing crystal rod of power and authority. The lower end was shaped to a point, and on the top rested a sphere, about three inches in diameter\u2014that gave off rays of sparkling white light.\nOne knew\u2014unmistakably\u2014that the figure portrayed was in the act of wielding\u2014gigantic power\u2014and was a manipulator\u2014of some Mighty Cosmic Force. The entire appearance suggested fullest youth and yet\u2014the wisdom of the ages spoke through the eyes\u2014of a hoary past.\nThe feminine figure's robe of authority was a deep violet, banded with golden embroidery similar to that of her companion. The underdress was a soft, golden, shimmering material that came almost to the floor. The thread used in weaving the tapestry to represent the garments must have been the same which had actually composed the material in the original clothing. This\u2014Being\u2014wore a jeweled girdle with its panel reaching about two inches below the knees, and encrusted with the same kind of jewels as those of the masculine figure.\nThe toe of her right sandal was just visible beneath the edge of the dress and was made of golden leather. Her head-dress was a plain band of gold exactly like his and the eyes were the same violet blue but lighter in shade, her golden hair falling to the knees.\nOn the chest suspended from a golden chain\u2014hung a large seven-pointed star\u2014cut from a single diamond. In her left hand she held a crystal sphere about six inches in diameter, and in her right uplifted like that of the other figure, was a scepter\u2014of a most strange design. About two thirds of the lower portion was made of gold terminating in a spear-shaped point, the upper third composed\u2014of a crystal-like substance\u2014radiantly luminous. This formed into a design at the top\u2014similar to a fleur de lis\u2014except that the middle point was much longer, and tapered to a slender apex formed by its four facets.\nThe curved leaf on the right of the central portion was\u2014a beautiful pink\u2014and that on the left\u2014a deep sapphire blue\u2014but the middle one was\u2014crystal white. All were\u2014transparent and glowed\u2014with Light. The gold and crystal like portions blended with each other perfectly\u2014for there was no line of demarcation between the two substances. Her scepter symbolized\u2014the three activities\u2014of the Creative Force.\nThe crystal ball in her left hand\u2014revealed\u2014the\nunmanifested Perfection of the future\u2014in Cosmic Activity. Both scepters represented\u2014the drawing and directing\u2014of the Creative Power\u2014into universal substance\u2014for special manifestation. They were radiant and beautiful even in the tapestry, and I could but wonder what they must have been\u2014in Reality. Saint Germain stood patiently waiting while I studied the whole concept\u2014so fascinated was I by the\u2014magnificence\u2014of the entire work.\n\"These two Great Beings\u2014were the founders of this retreat,\" he remarked, as we turned and passed through the bronze door on our right, and entered a large room which one realized instantly was used as a great council hall for some kind of sacred, ceremonial purpose.\nThe whole atmosphere was one of magnificence and beauty. Words utterly fail to convey\u2014that which my eyes beheld\u2014and my feelings experienced. It took me some moments to become accustomed to the\u2014dazzling sight\u2014and the\u2014splendor\u2014of my surroundings.\nThis room was at least two hundred feet long and a hundred feet wide\u2014with a ceiling about fifty feet high. A soft white light, which Saint Germain explained was\u2014an omnipresent force\u2014that the Great Ones always use for light, heat and power\u2014flooded the entire place. About twenty feet of the side-walls and far end of the room were formed in\u2014white onyx.\n[paragraph continues] Where this formation ended, the builders had cut through a great vein\u2014of virgin gold\u2014more than two feet in width.\nThe main stretch of both side-walls was of a light, blue granite but near the end from which we entered, the natural structure changed into rose granite of a still finer quality. The surface of the walls, ceiling and floor had been\u2014highly polished\u2014evidently by some remarkable process.\nThe arched ceiling rising some ten feet higher than the side-walls, was inlaid with a most unique design. Directly in the center was\u2014a disc of gold\u2014at least twelve feet in diameter. Filling it so that the points touched the circumference\u2014blazed a seven pointed star\u2014composed entirely of yellow diamonds\u2014a solid mass of brilliant, golden Light.\nRadiating from this\u2014Central Sun\u2014were two rings of color\u2014each about twelve inches wide\u2014forming a definite band of Light around the star, and of these the inner band was\u2014rose pink\u2014and the outer\u2014an intense violet. The background, against which this star lay, looked like\u2014golden frost\u2014the star itself sending down long rays of gleaming, crystal Light.\nAround this design were placed\u2014seven smaller discs\u2014each about two feet in diameter\u2014representing the planets of our system\u2014and the seven rays of color\u2014within the spectrum of white Light. The surface of every disc was\u2014velvet-like in its softness\nand only the clearest, most intense, positive shade of each color had been used.\nAs I learned later, at certain times for special purposes\u2014Great Cosmic Beings\u2014pour through these discs\u2014their powerful currents\u2014of force. Here\u2014it is received\u2014by the Great Illumined and unselfish Ones\u2014known as\u2014the Ascended Masters of Light\u2014who again send it forth to the humanity of our earth. This radiation affects\u2014the seven ganglionic centers within every human body on our planet\u2014as well as all animal and plant life. The background of the entire ceiling was the color of a very clear sky on a brilliant moonlight night\u2014yet the surface was highly refractive.\nIn the center at the far end of the hall about thirty-five feet from the floor in the wall itself\u2014was a large eye\u2014at least\u2014two feet across. This represented the\u2014\"All-Seeing-Eye of the Creator\"\u2014forever watching over\u2014His Creation\u2014and from Whom\u2014nothing can be hidden.\nA tremendous power was focused through\u2014this eye\u2014at certain times\u2014for the accomplishment\u2014of specific results. I could but wonder\u2014as I contemplated it\u2014what my sensations would be were I to see\u2014That Power\u2014in full operation.\nPerhaps forty feet from the far end on the east wall, stretching about seventy feet in length and thirty feet in height\u2014was a panel\u2014of some precipitated\nmaterial. It had been placed a little more than\u2014five feet above the floor level\u2014and sunken into the side-wall for a depth of two inches\u2014making a concave surface around the entire edge.\nThe substance composing it\u2014looked like beautiful velvet\u2014of a deep indigo blue\u2014yet it was not a fabric of any kind. The nearest physical material to which one could compare it would be that\u2014of a mineral. This substance\u2014is not\u2014in use in the outer world of mankind anywhere\u2014but it can be and is, sometimes precipitated\u2014by the Great Ascended Masters of Light\u2014for a special purpose.\nSaint Germain explained that\u2014the panel had been precipitated\u2014and served as a\u2014universal mirror\u2014for the instruction of Initiates and Inner members of a group of Highly Evolved Beings. These Great Ones work\u2014ceaselessly\u2014helping the humanity of our earth\u2014to become Perfected men and women\u2014and enable them to manifest\u2014in their outer lives\u2014the same great\u2014Perfection and Dominion\u2014as did Jesus Christ.\nThere is\u2014no\u2014outer\u2014organization\u2014of these\u2014Perfected Beings. Only by\u2014living\u2014and expressing\u2014this Perfection\u2014through self-correction of human weaknesses\u2014and full adoration to the Divine Being Within\u2014can an individual draw himself\u2014into association\u2014with those working at this\u2014high\u2014level of attainment.\n\"Upon this panel,\" said Saint Germain, \"are projected scenes of earth, pictures in the ethers\u2014the akashic records\u2014and activities taking place on Venus or at any other point\u2014which those instructing\u2014wish to make visible to the students. Such scenes are not only pictures of the past and present\u2014but can portray activities\u2014into the far future. These you shall see later.\"\nWe passed through the last door on our right, and entered a room whose dimensions were about eighty feet long, forty wide and twenty high, with an arched ceiling\u2014similar to that in the large hall\u2014from which we had just come.\n\"The entire interior surface of this room is made of\u2014frosted gold\u2014and the purple and green veining\u2014you see on the walls\u2014as if embossed\u2014is precipitated,\" he continued.\nAt the far end and on the side wall to our right, reaching from floor to ceiling, was a framework made\u2014of white metal\u2014that looked like\u2014frosted silver. In this framework resting upon roller bearings, were containers made of the same metal. The lids\u2014of these containers\u2014gave classifications\u2014in hieroglyphics\u2014of the contents on the four spindles within each\u2014the hieroglyphics being embossed upon every lid.\nThe spindles were at least ten inches long\u2014and around every one\u2014had been wound a ribbon\u2014about\neight inches wide\u2014made of pressed gold\u2014alloyed with some material\u2014that made it tough and pliable and yet\u2014no thicker\u2014than a piece of ordinary writing paper. The length\u2014of the ribbons of gold\u2014on the spindles varied\u2014from seven to fifty feet\u2014and on each were characters\u2014as if etched into the gold\u2014by something like a stylus. These characters\u2014had been so perfectly done\u2014as to make the whole appear\u2014like script.\n\"These records are the fulfilling of my promise to you,\" said Saint Germain, as he indicated a particular section at the far end of the side-wall. \"They describe the city, country, and civilization which once existed where the Sahara Desert is now\u2014during the time in which you were my son\u2014and I the ruler\u2014of that ancient empire. This room contains records of many countries\u2014and the rise and fall\u2014of many civilizations.\" Handing me one of the spindles he released the fastening, and I found\u2014to my astonishment\u2014that I could read its contents.\n\"I am enabling you to do this,\" he continued, \"by temporarily\u2014raising your consciousness\u2014and calling forth the hidden memory\u2014the former record\u2014of these experiences which you once lived through. The matter of\u2014knowing God and His Universe\u2014is but a contacting\u2014of the Life-record in every form. All forms contain Life, and within the Light emanation of every form\u2014is recorded\u2014its entire past\u2014which any\none may train himself to discover and understand\u2014if he be willing to give\u2014his attention and time to the self-discipline necessary\u2014to still the confusion\u2014in the outer activity\u2014of his every-day existence. This eternal record within all things has existed\u2014from the beginning.\n\"In ages past, humanity manifested Perfection in every way. This former condition of the race has been chronicled by historians as the\u2014Garden of Eden\u2014Eden or E-Don\u2014meaning Divine Wisdom. As the conscious attention\u2014of the outer activity of the mind\u2014was allowed to rest upon the world of the physical senses\u2014the 'Divine Wisdom'\u2014the All-Knowing\u2014activity of consciousness\u2014became clouded or covered over and the 'Cosmic Divine Plan'\u2014of the individual's life\u2014became submerged. Perfection and conscious control\u2014by mankind over all form\u2014was hidden and forgotten\u2014along with it.\n\"Man became sense-conscious\u2014instead of God-conscious\u2014and so manifested\u2014that\u2014to which his attention was directed and\u2014which he thought most upon. He\u2014deliberately and consciously\u2014turned his back upon the Perfection and Dominion\u2014with which the Father\u2014endowed him in the beginning. He created his own experiences of lack, limitation, and discord of every kind. He identified himself\u2014with the part\u2014instead of the whole\u2014and of course\u2014imperfection\u2014was the result.\n\"All mankind's limitation\u2014is the result\u2014of the individual's own misuse of the\u2014God-attribute\u2014of freewill. He\u2014compels\u2014himself to live within his own creations until\u2014by the direct volition of the outer activity of his mind\u2014he again consciously looks back\u2014to his Royal beginning\u2014God\u2014the Great Source of All. When this occurs\u2014man will begin to remember\u2014That\u2014which he once was, and may become again\u2014whensoever he chooses to look once more at the\u2014'Great, Cosmic, Blue-Print'\u2014of Himself.\n\"The record, you have been enabled to read, described the Life and people\u2014as we saw it taking place seventy thousand years ago. You had much to do with the work of making these records\u2014in several lives\u2014which have not yet been revealed.\"\nWe crossed the council hall entering the opposite door, and found a room similar in size to the one we had just left\u2014with two smaller rooms adjoining it on the north wall. In the larger room, covering almost the entire wall surface, was more metal framework filled with containers quite like those in the other room.\n\"These rooms,\" he continued, \"contain only gold and jewels\u2014that are to be used for a special purpose\u2014which will bless the entire world\u2014when mankind has transcended its\u2014unbridled\u2014selfishness.\" Here, he drew forth a container\u2014filled with gold coin\u2014and\nwent on explaining. \"This is Spanish Gold\u2014lost at sea and we\u2014seeing it would not be recovered by other means\u2014brought it here through the activity of certain forces\u2014which we govern. Later\u2014in a time that is rapidly approaching\u2014it will again be sent forth for use in the outer world.\n\"In these containers,\" indicating another section, \"gold is stored from the lost continents\u2014of Mu and Atlantis\u2014the ancient civilizations of the Gobi and Sahara Deserts\u2014Egypt\u2014Chaldea\u2014Babylonia\u2014Greece\u2014Rome\u2014and others. If all this gold were to be released into the outer activity of the world\u2014it would compel sudden re-adjustment\u2014in every phase of human experience. At present\u2014it would\u2014not\u2014be the part of wisdom. The Infinite Wisdom and Power of those\u2014Great Cosmic Masters\u2014who have been the guardians of the race since its first appearance upon earth\u2014is almost beyond the comprehension of the human mind.\n\"No one\u2014in this world\u2014ever accumulated a great amount of wealth\u2014without the assistance and radiation of some\u2014Ascended Master. There are occasions\u2014in which individuals can be used as a focus of great wealth\u2014for a specific purpose\u2014and at such times\u2014greatly added power is radiated to them\u2014for through it\u2014they can receive personal assistance. Such an experience is a\u2014test\u2014and opportunity\u2014for their growth. All unusual accomplishment\u2014that\ntakes place in human activity\u2014no matter what the particular channel may be\u2014is always attained\u2014through the assistance of super-human Love, Wisdom, and Power\u2014from an Ascended Master\u2014because he has transcended all limitations of the physical world and\u2014for this reason\u2014more than ordinary success is due to His greater power\u2014through radiation.\n\"In 1887\u2014the Ascended Host of Masters established a school\u2014on the Inner planes\u2014for the specific purpose of instructing those who have misused wealth\u2014and revealing fully\u2014the results\u2014of their mistakes. Such\u2014as these\u2014are taken and told the\u2014Truth\u2014concerning the\u2014Universal Law\u2014governing all wealth, and the results that come from influencing others to perpetuate their wrong ideas and mistakes. They are given\u2014complete freedom\u2014to accept or reject\u2014the proof\u2014offered. They\u2014always\u2014accept and abide by the instruction given.\"\nWe next entered the two smaller rooms which were also equipped with the same kind of containers only\u2014not as large. These were filled with jewels of all kinds\u2014diamonds, rubies, pearls, emeralds and sapphires classified as to variety and quantity. Smilingly, he turned to me and said:\n\"Now\u2014you know and understand\u2014that the Great God Self\u2014is\u2014the only\u2014Real Owner and Controller of\u2014all\u2014wealth. That 'Presence' appoints\u2014keepers of His treasures\u2014on every plane of life\u2014whether it\nbe Light, Wisdom, Substance or physical riches. You are calm and poised I see, while we are observing this phase of our activity\u2014and that is well. It reveals your Inner strength and ability to do\u2014what is now ready to be accomplished\u2014as soon as you are prepared outwardly.\n\"You have been shown\u2014proof\u2014that it is we\u2014who really govern the wealth of the world\u2014and use it but as a test\u2014of the soul strength\u2014of the individual. It is always a\u2014trust\u2014given to those\u2014who should be strong enough to use it\u2014only\u2014constructively\u2014but few, very few, really pass that test under the temptation\u2014existing in the world at large today. If we choose\u2014we can raise the humblest of God's children\u2014who have sufficient preparation, into wealth, power, and prominence, if by so doing, help can be given to many others\u2014through such accomplishment.\"\nAfter examining other containers filled with more jewels, we turned and re-entered the council hall. Looking toward the entrance through which we had first come, I saw my loved ones\u2014Lotus and our son\u2014in charge of one of the Ascended Masters\u2014whom Saint Germain said was known as Amen Bey. After greetings had been exchanged, we were conducted to seats before\u2014the panel on the east wall. In groups of from three to twelve came the blessed ones of the\u2014Ascended Host\u2014until seventy of them were seated.\nA great hush fell upon all assembled, and for a few\nmoments the silence was breathless\u2014expectant. A ball of\u2014soft White Light\u2014began to form\u2014in front of the panel\u2014increasing rapidly in size and brilliance\u2014until it became an oval\u2014at least seven feet in height. As though born from within the Light itself\u2014stepped a most Glorious Being\u2014tall, majestic, and powerful. He made the sign uniting the finite with Infinity, and in a voice that\u2014thrilled every atom of mind and body\u2014asked\u2014if all were ready.\nA blazing light\u2014flashed forth from the substance that composed the panel\u2014until it looked like a mirror of Living Light. In a moment, this changed\u2014into a crystal clear atmosphere\u2014and it then became a cosmic screen upon which\u2014living pictures\u2014in all dimensions could be portrayed\u2014with no limit to the space\u2014that could be observed. It was self-evident\u2014that everything\u2014which had or ever could take place\u2014in all Eternity\u2014might be made visible on this screen\u2014if the Directing Intelligence so desired.\nThe first scenes portrayed the continent of \"Mu\"\u2014the activity and accomplishment of its people, and the height to which that civilization attained. This covered a period of thousands of years. Then came events that surely must have been\u2014a reign of terror\u2014to the inhabitants of that land. A cataclysm occurred which tore the surface of the earth\u2014until all collapsed within itself. The ancient land of Mu sank beneath the waves\u2014of what is now the Pacific\n[paragraph continues] Ocean\u2014where it still rests wrapped in its mantle of water. Again\u2014it will rise\u2014and once more absorb the Life and Light of the physical sun.\nNext, came the growth to beauty, wisdom, and power of Atlantis, a great continent covering a large part of what is now the Atlantic Ocean. At that time, there existed solid land between Central America and what today is Europe. The things accomplished in that age\u2014were tremendous\u2014but again the people's misuse\u2014of the Mighty God Energy\u2014overwhelmed them and, as things were thrown more and more out of balance\u2014the tearing apart of the earth's surface by cataclysmic action was re-experienced.\nIt left but a small remnant of Atlantis\u2014merely an island in mid-ocean\u2014cut off from close contact with the rest of the civilized world. The east and west portions of the land had sunk beneath the Atlantic Ocean\u2014leaving only the island called Poseidonis. It had been the heart of the then known civilized world, and preparation was made\u2014to protect and preserve\u2014its most important activities\u2014as a central focus\u2014to carry forward certain unfinished work. In that period very great attainment was reached both\u2014spiritually and materially.\nThe mechanical development of this cycle reached a very high state of achievement, and one of its most remarkable expressions was the perfection of their aerial navigation. The air-transportation of our modern\nlife is\u2014as yet\u2014very crude and primitive\u2014compared to what was then on Atlantis. The Great Masters of Light and Wisdom\u2014made this possible\u2014for the people of Poseidonis because they inspired, instructed, protected, and revealed knowledge of great advancement\u2014in every phase of human activity.\nA large portion of these people became aware of the\u2014Great Inner God Power\u2014within the individual but as before\u2014the human side of their nature or outer activities again usurped\u2014the Great Energy. Selfishness and misuse of this transcendent wisdom and power gained the ascendency to even greater height than before. The Masters of the Ancient Wisdom\u2014saw the people were building another destructive momentum\u2014and that a third cataclysm was threatening. They warned the inhabitants\u2014again and again as previously\u2014but only those who served the \"Light\" gave heed.\nGreat buildings were constructed\u2014of imperishable material\u2014where records were placed\u2014that have been preserved through the centuries. These remain in a state of perfect preservation\u2014now\u2014on the bed of the Atlantic Ocean\u2014hermetically sealed. They will be brought to the light of day\u2014by the Great Ones\u2014who directed their preparation\u2014and control their protection.\nIn them are recorded humanity's advance and accomplishment\nof that period, so there has been no permanent loss to mankind of the activities of the Atlantean civilization. Beside the preserving of such records, great wealth, principally gold and jewels, was transferred at that time to other points of safety. This has been and will continue to be guarded over the centuries\u2014and used at a future time for the uplift and advancement of generations\u2014yet unborn.\nThe final cataclysm spent its momentum, and the last remaining fragment of a once world-empire sank to rest\u2014for purification through the centuries\u2014beneath the present Atlantic Ocean. The remembrance of Atlantis and her people, unlike the lost continent of Mu, has not been entirely forgotten or obliterated in the history of mankind\u2014for it has been recorded in many ways through the centuries. Even though twelve thousand years have elapsed since the sinking, fragments of information concerning it\u2014still drift to us from most unexpected channels. Myths and legends abound in reference to Atlantis and\u2014these are two avenues\u2014which preserve to mankind\u2014certain actual conditions\u2014that have been upon the earth\u2014in one age or another. These always demand humility\u2014obedience of the intellect to the God-Self Within\u2014absolute and unconditional control\u2014of the human or lower nature\u2014in those who seek such gifts\u2014if they are to avoid destruction. The souls embodied in Egypt\u2014during her decline\u2014were not undeveloped\u2014as were those in the civilizations of the Gobi and Sahara Deserts. On the contrary, they had attained the conscious use of knowledge and power, and\u2014deliberately\u2014chose to misuse it. This activity has nothing whatsoever to do with\u2014Wisdom\u2014for those who are the Eternal Inheritors of the gifts from that Divine Goddess\u2014must forever be past\u2014all\u2014temptation to misuse knowledge and power. Wisdom\u2014is the right use of all that manifests\u2014and he, who realizes this self-evident, Immutable Truth\nbecomes an open door to all good that abides in creation.\nThe reference to Egypt\u2014as a land of darkness\u2014is most unjust for out of Egypt in her earlier cycle came\u2014Very Great Light, and out of Egypt will again come\u2014Very Great Light.\nThe next scene portrayed the rise and fall of the Roman Empire. When the darkness and degradation of those centuries had reached their lowest point\u2014lo! Jesus appeared\u2014pouring out His Blazing Light and Love as the Christ\u2014and through His Transfiguration, Resurrection, and Ascension\u2014such an overwhelming flood of\u2014God's Perfection\u2014spread over the earth\u2014that never again can so vast a darkness encompass humanity\u2014in any age. The accomplishment\u2014of His Life\u2014stands Eternally Recorded\u2014upon the atmosphere of this planet\u2014and acts as a magnet\u2014drawing mankind unto\u2014a Like Perfection.\nThe coming of Jesus was\u2014an initiation\u2014to the people of our world and\u2014a Cosmic Command\u2014to use the Power of Divine Love\u2014in all their future activities. This outpouring\u2014of His Love\u2014to the earth\u2014at its darkest cycle\u2014became the birth of the Christ Child in the individual. He called forth\u2014once again\u2014the Cosmic, Divine, Blue Print\u2014and revealed the Decree for the incoming age. That plan is Complete Dominion over all things finite through the Full Stature of the Christ Within every human being.\nNext, came the reign of Richard the Lion Heart of England. Humanity has little or no knowledge of the real, spiritual activity that took place\u2014during those years. The same Light that inspired Richard's enthusiasm and activities in the crusades, released\u2014through his followers and the people of that time\u2014certain forces\u2014that the Ascended Host used at Inner levels of consciousness.\nThen, came pictures of the recent world war in Europe and these disclosed the activities\u2014that generated it. Here, the activities of the Ascended Host were revealed\u2014and we saw them dissolve\u2014the cause and greater part\u2014of the accumulated momentum of the world's recent conflict.\nThey accomplished it\u2014by consciously focusing and directing\u2014enormous\u2014Rays of Light\u2014whose power to consume and transmute is\u2014too stupendous\u2014for finite description.
