Griffith, [1895]\n1Borne on with thee, O Manyu girt by Maruts, let our brave men,\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0impetuous, bursting forward,\n \u00a0\u00a0March on, like flames of fire in form, exulting, with pointed\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0arrows, sharpening their weapons.\n 2Flashing like fire, be thou, O conquering Manyu, invoked, O\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0victor, as our army's leader.\n \u00a0\u00a0Slay thou our foes, distribute their possession: show forth thy\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0vigour, scatter those who hate us.\n 3O Manyu, overcome those who assail us.
