Whenever there is in speech the syllable hu\u1e45 1, that is hi\u1e45k\u00e2ra, pra is the prast\u00e2va, \u00e2 is the \u00e2di, the first, i.e. Om,\n2. Ud is the udg\u00eetha, pra the pratih\u00e2ra, upa the upadrava, ni the nidhana.\n3. Speech yields the milk, which is the milk of speech itself, to him who knowing this meditates on the sevenfold S\u00e2man in speech.
