Rising, the sun is the hi\u1e45k\u00e2ra, risen, he is the prast\u00e2va, at noon he is the udg\u00eetha, in the afternoon he is the pratih\u00e2ra, setting, he is the nidhana. That is the Brihat S\u00e2man as interwoven in the sun 1.\n2. He who thus knows the Brihat as interwoven in the sun, becomes refulgent 2 and strong, he reaches the full life, he lives long, becomes great with children and cattle, great by fame. His rule is, 'Never complain of the heat of the sun.'\n30:1 The sun is brihat.
