Ya ayyuha alnnasu oAAbudoo rabbakumu allathee khalaqakum waallatheena min qablikum laAAallakum tattaqoona\n21. O ye people!\n Adore your Guardian-Lord,\n Who created you\n And those who came before you,\n That ye may have the chance\n To learn righteousness;\n22. Allathee jaAAala lakumu al-arda firashan waalssamaa binaan waanzala mina alssama-i maan faakhraja bihi mina alththamarati rizqan lakum fala tajAAaloo lillahi andadan waantum taAAlamoona\n22. Who has made the earth your couch,\n And the heavens your canopy;\n And sent down rain from the heavens;\n And brought forth therewith\n Fruits for your sustenance;\n Then set not up rivals unto God\n When ye know (the truth).\n23. Wa-in kuntum fee raybin mimma nazzalna AAala AAabdina fa/too bisooratin min mithlihi waodAAoo shuhadaakum min dooni Allahi in kuntum sadiqeena\n23. And if ye are in doubt\n As to what We have revealed\n From time to time to Our servant,\n Then produce a S\u016bra\n Like thereunto;\n And call your witnesses or helpers\n (If there are any) besides God,\n If your (doubts) are true.\n24. Fa-in lam tafAAaloo walan tafAAaloo faittaqoo alnnara allatee waqooduha alnnasu waalhijaratu oAAiddat lilkafireena\n24. But if ye cannot\n And of a surety ye cannot\u2014\n Then fear the Fire\n Whose fuel is Men and Stones,\u2014\n Which is prepared for those\nWho reject Faith.\n25. Wabashshiri allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati anna lahum jannatin tajree min tahtiha al-anharu kullama ruziqoo minha min thamaratin rizqan qaloo hatha allathee ruziqna min qablu waotoo bihi mutashabihan walahum feeha azwajun mutahharatun wahum feeha khalidoona\n25. But give glad tidings\n To those who believe\n And work righteousness,\n That their portion is Gardens,\n Beneath which rivers flow.\n Every time they are fed\n With fruits therefrom,\n They say: \"Why, this is\n What we were fed with before,\"\n For they are given things in similitude;\n And they have therein\n Companions pure (and holy);\n And they abide therein (for ever).\n26. Inna Allaha la yastahyee an yadriba mathalan ma baAAoodatan fama fawqaha faamma allatheena amanoo fayaAAlamoona annahu alhaqqu min rabbihim waamma allatheena kafaroo fayaqooloona matha arada Allahu bihatha mathalan yudillu bihi katheeran wayahdee bihi katheeran wama yudillu bihi illa alfasiqeena\n26. God disdains not to use\n The similitude of things,\n Lowest as well as highest.\nThose who believe know\n That it is truth from their Lord;\n But those who reject Faith say:\n \"What means God by this similitude?\"\n By it He causes many to stray,\n And many He leads into the right path;\n But He causes not to stray,\n Except those who forsake (the path),\u2014\n27. Allatheena yanqudoona AAahda Allahi min baAAdi meethaqihi wayaqtaAAoona ma amara Allahu bihi an yoosala wayufsidoona fee al-ardi ola-ika humu alkhasiroona\n27. Those who break God's Covenant\n After it is ratified,\n And who sunder what God\n Has ordered to be joined,\n And do mischief on earth:\n These cause loss (only) to themselves.\n28. Kayfa takfuroona biAllahi wakuntum amwatan faahyakum thumma yumeetukum thumma yuhyeekum thumma ilayhi turjaAAoona\n28. How can ye reject\n The faith in God?\u2014\n Seeing that ye were without life,\n And He gave you life\n Then will He cause you to die,\n And will again bring you to life;\n And again to Him will ye return.\n29. Huwa allathee khalaqa lakum ma fee al-ardi jameeAAan thumma istawa ila alssama-i fasawwahunna sabAAa samawatin wahuwa bikulli shay-in AAaleemun\n29.
