Inna Allaha la yaghfiru an yushraka bihi wayaghfiru ma doona thalika liman yashao waman yushrik biAllahi faqad dalla dalalan baAAeedan\n116. God forgiveth not\n (The sin of) joining other gods\n With Him; but He forgiveth\n Whom He pleaseth other sins\n Than this: one who joins\n Other gods with God,\n Hath strayed far, far away\n (From the Right).\n117. In yadAAoona min doonihi illa inathan wa-in yadAAoona illa shaytanan mareedan\n117. (The Pagans), leaving Him,\n Call but upon female deities:\n They call but upon Satan\n The persistent rebel!\n118. LaAAanahu Allahu waqala laattakhithanna min AAibadika naseeban mafroodan\n118. God did curse him,\n But he said: \"I will take\n Of Thy servants a portion\n Marked off;\n119. Walaodillannahum walaomanniyannahum walaamurannahum falayubattikunna athana al-anAAami walaamurannahum falayughayyirunna khalqa Allahi waman yattakhithi alshshaytana waliyyan min dooni Allahi faqad khasira khusranan mubeenan\n119. \"I will mislead them,\n And I will create\nIn them false desires; I will\n Order them to slit the ears\n Of cattle, and to deface\n The (fair) nature created\n By God.\" Whoever,\n Forsaking God, takes Satan\n For a friend, hath\n Of a surety suffered\n A loss that is manifest.\n120. YaAAiduhum wayumanneehim wama yaAAiduhumu alshshaytanu illa ghurooran\n120. Satan makes them promises,\n And creates in them false desires;\n But Satan's promises\n Are nothing but deception.\n121. Ola-ika ma/wahum jahannamu wala yajidoona AAanha maheesan\n121. They (his dupes)\n Will have their dwelling\n In Hell, and from it\n They will find no way\n Of escape.\n122. Waallatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati sanudkhiluhum jannatin tajree min tahtiha al-anharu khalideena feeha abadan waAAda Allahi haqqan waman asdaqu mina Allahi qeelan\n122. But those who believe\n And do deeds of righteousness,\u2014\n We shall soon admit them\n To Gardens, with rivers\n Flowing beneath,\u2014to dwell\n Therein for ever.\n God's promise is the truth,\n And whose word can be\n Truer than God's?\n123. Laysa bi-amaniyyikum wala amaniyyi ahli alkitabi man yaAAmal soo-an yujza bihi wala yajid lahu min dooni Allahi waliyyan wala naseeran\n123. Not your desires, nor those\n Of the People of the Book\n(Can prevail): whoever\n Works evil, will be\n Requited accordingly.\n Nor will he find, besides God,\n Any protector or helper.\n124. Waman yaAAmal mina alssalihati min thakarin aw ontha wahuwa mu/minun faola-ika yadkhuloona aljannata wala yuthlamoona naqeeran\n124. If any do deeds\n Of righteousness,\n Be they male or female\u2014\n And have faith,\n They will enter Heaven,\n And not the least injustice\n Will be done to them.\n125. Waman ahsanu deenan mimman aslama wajhahu lillahi wahuwa muhsinun waittabaAAa millata ibraheema haneefan waittakhatha Allahu ibraheema khaleelan\n125. Who can be better\n In religion than one\n Who submits his whole self\n To God, does good,\n And follows the way\n Of Abraham the true in faith?\n For God did take\n Abraham for a friend.\n126. Walillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee al-ardi wakana Allahu bikulli shay-in muheetan\n126.
