Waqala almalao min qawmi firAAawna atatharu moosa waqawmahu liyufsidoo fee al-ardi wayatharaka waalihataka qala sanuqattilu abnaahum wanastahyee nisaahum wa-inna fawqahum qahiroona\n127. Said the chiefs of Pharaoh's\n People: \"Wilt thou leave\n Moses and his people,\n To spread mischief in the land,\n And to abandon thee\n And thy gods?\" He said:\n \"Their male children will we\n Slay; (only) their females\n Will we save alive;\n And we have over them\n(Power) irresistible.\"\n128. Qala moosa liqawmihi istaAAeenoo biAllahi waisbiroo inna al-arda lillahi yoorithuha man yashao min AAibadihi waalAAaqibatu lilmuttaqeena\n128. Said Moses to his people:\n \"Pray for help from God,.\n And (wait) in patience and\n constancy:\n For the earth is God's,\n To give as a heritage\n To such of His servants\n As He pleaseth; and the end\n Is (best) for the righteous.\n129. Qaloo ootheena min qabli an ta/tiyana wamin baAAdi ma ji/tana qala AAasa rabbukum an yuhlika AAaduwwakum wayastakhlifakum fee al-ardi fayanthura kayfa taAAmaloona\n129.
