Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo ateeAAoo Allaha warasoolahu wala tawallaw AAanhu waantum tasmaAAoona\n20. O ye who believe!\n Obey God and His Apostle,\n And turn not away from him\n When ye hear (him speak).\n21. Wala takoonoo kaallatheena qaloo samiAAna wahum la yasmaAAoona\n21. Nor be like those who say,\n \"We hear,\" but listen not:\n22. Inna sharra alddawabbi AAinda Allahi alssummu albukmu allatheena la yaAAqiloona\n22. For the worst of beasts\n In the sight of God\n Are the deaf and the dumb,\u2014\n Those who understand not.\n23. Walaw AAalima Allahu feehim khayran laasmaAAahum walaw asmaAAahum latawallaw wahum muAAridoona\n23. If God had found in them\n Any good, He would indeed\n Have made them listen:\n (As it is), if He had made them\n Listen, they would but have\n Turned back and declined (faith).\n24. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo istajeeboo lillahi walilrrasooli itha daAAakum lima yuhyeekum waiAAlamoo anna Allaha yahoolu bayna almar-i waqalbihi waannahu ilayhi tuhsharoona\n24. O ye who believe!\n Give your response to God\n And His Apostle, when He\n Calleth you to that which\n Will give you life;\n And know that God\n Cometh in between a man\n And his heart, and that\n It is He to Whom\n Ye shall (all) be gathered.\n25. Waittaqoo fitnatan la tuseebanna allatheena thalamoo minkum khassatan waiAAlamoo anna Allaha shadeedu alAAiqabi\n25. And fear tumult or oppression,\n Which affecteth not in particular\n (Only) those of you who do wrong:\n And know that God\n Is strict in punishment.\n26. Waothkuroo ith antum qaleelun mustadAAafoona fee al-ardi takhafoona an yatakhattafakumu alnnasu faawakum waayyadakum binasrihi warazaqakum mina alttayyibati laAAallakum tashkuroona\n26. Call to mind when ye\n Were a small (band),\n Despised through the land,\n And afraid that men might\n Despoil and kidnap you;\n But He provided a safe asylum\n For you, strengthened you\n With His aid, and gave you\n Good things for sustenance:\n That ye might be grateful.\n27. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo la takhoonoo Allaha waalrrasoola watakhoonoo amanatikum waantum taAAlamoona\n27. O ye that believe!\n Betray not the trust\n Of God and the Apostle,\n Nor misappropriate knowingly\n Things entrusted to you.\n28. WaiAAlamoo annama amwalukum waawladukum fitnatun waanna Allaha AAindahu ajrun AAatheemun\n28.
