Laqad nasarakumu Allahu fee mawatina katheeratin wayawma hunaynin ith aAAjabatkum kathratukum falam tughni AAankum shay-an wadaqat AAalaykumu al-ardu bima rahubat thumma wallaytum mudbireena\n25. Assuredly God did help you\n In many battle-fields\n And on the day of \u1e24unain:\n Behold! your great numbers\n Elated you, but they availed\n You naught: the land,\n For all that it is wide,\n Did. constrain you, and ye\nTurned back in retreat.\n26. Thumma anzala Allahu sakeenatahu AAala rasoolihi waAAala almu/mineena waanzala junoodan lam tarawha waAAaththaba allatheena kafaroo wathalika jazao alkafireena\n26. But God did pour His calm\n On the Apostle and on the Believers,\n And sent down forces which ye\n Saw not: He punished\n The Unbelievers: thus doth He\n Reward those without Faith.\n27. Thumma yatoobu Allahu min baAAdi thalika AAala man yashao waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun\n27. Again will God, after this,\n Turn (in mercy) to whom\n He will: for God\n Is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.\n28. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo innama almushrikoona najasun fala yaqraboo almasjida alharama baAAda AAamihim hatha wa-in khiftum AAaylatan fasawfa yughneekumu Allahu min fadlihi in shaa inna Allaha AAaleemun hakeemun\n28. O ye who believe! Truly\n The Pagans are unclean;\n So let them not,\n After this year of theirs,\nApproach the Sacred Mosque.\n And if ye fear poverty,\n Soon will God enrich you,\n If He wills, out of His bounty,\n For God is All-Knowing, All-Wise.\n29. Qatiloo allatheena la yu/minoona biAllahi wala bialyawmi al-akhiri wala yuharrimoona ma harrama Allahu warasooluhu wala yadeenoona deena alhaqqi mina allatheena ootoo alkitaba hatta yuAAtoo aljizyata AAan yadin wahum saghiroona\n29.
