Waqalati alyahoodu AAuzayrun ibnu Allahi waqalati alnnasara almaseehu ibnu Allahi thalika qawluhum bi-afwahihim yudahi-oona qawla allatheena kafaroo min qablu qatalahumu Allahu anna yu/fakoona\n30. The Jews call \u2019Uzair a son\n Of God, and the Christians\n Call Christ the Son of God.\n That is a saying from their mouth;\n (In this) they but imitate\n What the Unbelievers of old\n Used to say. God's curse\n Be on them: how they are deluded\n Away from the Truth!\n31. Ittakhathoo ahbarahum waruhbanahum arbaban min dooni Allahi waalmaseeha ibna maryama wama omiroo illa liyaAAbudoo ilahan wahidan la ilaha illa huwa subhanahu AAamma yushrikoona\n31. They take their priests\n And their anchorites to be\n Their lords in derogation of God,\n And (they take as their Lord)\n Christ the son of Mary;\n Yet they were commanded\n To worship but One God:\n There is no god but He.\n Praise and glory to Him\n (Far is He) from having\n The partners they associate\n (With Him).\n32. Yureedoona an yutfi-oo noora Allahi bi-afwahihim waya/ba Allahu illa an yutimma noorahu walaw kariha alkafiroona\n32. Fain would they extinguish\n God's Light with their mouths,\n But God will not allow\n But that His Light should be\n Perfected, even though the Unbelievers\n May detest (it).\n33. Huwa allathee arsala rasoolahu bialhuda wadeeni alhaqqi liyuthhirahu AAala alddeeni kullihi walaw kariha almushrikoona\n33. It is He Who hath sent\n His Apostle with Guidance\n And the Religion of Truth,\n To proclaim it\n Over all religion,\n Even though the Pagans\n May detest (it).\n34. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo inna katheeran mina al-ahbari waalrruhbani laya/kuloona amwala alnnasi bialbatili wayasuddoona AAan sabeeli Allahi waallatheena yaknizoona alththahaba waalfiddata wala yunfiqoonaha fee sabeeli Allahi fabashshirhum biAAathabin aleemin\n34. O ye who believe! There are\n Indeed many among the priests\n And anchorites, who in falsehood\n Devour the substance of men\n And hinder (them) from the Way\n Of God. And there are those\n Who bury gold and silver\n And spend it not in the Way.\n Of God: announce unto them\n A most grievous penalty\u2014\n35. Yawma yuhma AAalayha fee nari jahannama fatukwa biha jibahuhum wajunoobuhum wathuhooruhum hatha ma kanaztum li-anfusikum fathooqoo ma kuntum taknizoona\n35. On the Day when heat\n Will be produced out of\n That (wealth) in the fire\n Of Hell, and with it will be\n Branded their foreheads,\n Their flanks, and their backs.\n \u2014\"This is the (treasure) which ye\n Buried for yourselves: taste ye,\n Then, the (treasures) ye buried!\"\n36. Inna AAiddata alshshuhoori AAinda Allahi ithna AAashara shahran fee kitabi Allahi yawma khalaqa alssamawati waal-arda minha arbaAAatun hurumun thalika alddeenu alqayyimu fala tathlimoo feehinna anfusakum waqatiloo almushrikeena kaffatan kama yuqatiloonakum kaffatan waiAAlamoo anna Allaha maAAa almuttaqeena\n36. The number of months\n In the sight of God\n Is twelve (in a year)\n So ordained by Him\n The day He created\n The heavens and the earth;\n Of them four are sacred:\n That is the straight usage.\n So wrong not yourselves\n Therein, and fight the Pagans\nAll together as they\n Fight you all together.\n But know that God\n Is with those who restrain\n Themselves.\n37. Innama alnnasee-o ziyadatun fee alkufri yudallu bihi allatheena kafaroo yuhilloonahu AAaman wayuharrimoonahu AAaman liyuwati-oo AAiddata ma harrama Allahu fayuhilloo ma harrama Allahu zuyyina lahum soo-o aAAmalihim waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alkafireena\n37. Verily the transposing\n (Of a prohibited month)\n Is an addition to Unbelief:\n The Unbelievers are led\n To wrong thereby: for they make\n It lawful one year,\n And forbidden another year,\n In order to adjust the number\n Of months forbidden by God\n And make such forbidden ones\n Lawful.
