Alam tara anna alfulka tajree fee albahri biniAAmati Allahi liyuriyakum min ayatihi inna fee thalika laayatin likulli sabbarin shakoorin\n31. Seest thou not that\n The ships sail through\n The Ocean by the grace\n Of God?\u2014that He may\n Show you of His Signs?\n Verily in this are Signs\n For all who constantly persevere\n And give thanks.\n32. Wa-itha ghashiyahum mawjun kaalththulali daAAawoo Allaha mukhliseena lahu alddeena falamma najjahum ila albarri faminhum muqtasidun wama yajhadu bi-ayatina illa kullu khattarin kafoorin\n32. When a wave covers them\n Like the canopy (of clouds),\n They call to God\n Offering Him sincere devotion.\nBut when He has delivered them\n Safely to land, there are\n Among them those that halt\n Between (right and wrong).\n But none reject Our Signs\n Except only a perfidious\n Ungrateful (wretch)!\n33. Ya ayyuha alnnasu ittaqoo rabbakum waikhshaw yawman la yajzee walidun AAan waladihi wala mawloodun huwa jazin AAan walidihi shay-an inna waAAda Allahi haqqun fala taghurrannakumu alhayatu alddunya wala yaghurrannakum biAllahi algharooru\n33. O mankind! do your duty\n To your Lord, and fear\n (The coming of) a Day\n When no father can avail\n Aught for his son, nor\n A son avail aught\n For his father.\n Verily, the promise of God\n Is true: let not then\n This present life deceive you,\n Nor let the Chief Deceiver\n Deceive you about God.\n34. Inna Allaha AAindahu AAilmu alssaAAati wayunazzilu alghaytha wayaAAlamu ma fee al-arhami wama tadree nafsun matha taksibu ghadan wama tadree nafsun bi-ayyi ardin tamootu inna Allaha AAaleemun khabeerun\n34. \n It is He Who sends down\n Rain, and He Who knows\n What is in the wombs.\nNor does any one know\n What it is that he will\n Earn on the morrow:\n Nor does any one know\n In what land he is\n To die.
