Qul innama aAAithukum biwahidatin an taqoomoo lillahi mathna wafurada thumma tatafakkaroo ma bisahibikum min jinnatin in huwa illa natheerun lakum bayna yaday AAathabin shadeedin\n46. Say: \"I do admonish you\n On one point: that ye\n Do stand up before God,\u2014\n (It may be) in pairs,\n Or (it may be) singly,\u2014\n And reflect (within yourselves):\n Your Companion is not\n Possessed: he is no less\n Than a Warner to you,\n In face of a terrible\n Penalty.\"\n47. Qul ma saaltukum min ajrin fahuwa lakum in ajriya illa AAala Allahi wahuwa AAala kulli shay-in shaheedun\n47. Say: \"No reward do I\n Ask of you: it is (all)\n In your interest: my reward\n Is only due from God:\n And He is Witness\n To all things.\"\n48. Qul inna rabbee yaqthifu bialhaqqi AAallamu alghuyoobi\n48. Say: \"Verily my Lord\n Doth cast the (mantle\nOf) Truth (over His servants),\u2014\n He that has full knowledge\n Of (all) that is hidden.\"\n49. Qul jaa alhaqqu wama yubdi-o albatilu wama yuAAeedu\n49. Say: \"The Truth has arrived,\n And Falsehood neither creates\n Anything new, nor restores\n Anything.\"\n50. Qul in dalaltu fa-innama adillu AAala nafsee wa-ini ihtadaytu fabima yoohee ilayya rabbee innahu sameeAAun qareebun\n50. Say: \"If I am astray,\n I only stray to the loss\n Of my own soul: but if\n I receive guidance, it is seen\n Because of the inspiration\n Of my Lord to me:\n It is He Who hears\n All things, and is (ever) near.\"\n51. Walaw tara ith faziAAoo fala fawta waokhithoo min makanin qareebin\n51. If thou couldst but see\n When they will quake\n With terror; but then\n There will be no escape\n (For them), and they will he\n Seized from a position\n (Quite) near.\n52. Waqaloo amanna bihi waanna lahumu alttanawushu min makanin baAAeedin\n52. And they will say,\n \"We do believe (now)\n In the (Truth)\"; but how\n Could they receive (Faith)\n From a position (so) far off,\u2014\n53. Waqad kafaroo bihi min qablu wayaqthifoona bialghaybi min makanin baAAeedin\n53. Seeing that they did reject\n Faith (entirely) before, and\n That they (continually) cast\n (Slanders) on the Unseen\n From a position far off?\n54. Waheela baynahum wabayna ma yashtahoona kama fuAAila bi-ashyaAAihim min qablu innahum kanoo fee shakkin mureebin\n54.
