Qul ya AAibadi allatheena amanoo ittaqoo rabbakum lillatheena ahsanoo fee hathihi alddunya hasanatun waardu Allahi wasiAAatun innama yuwaffa alssabiroona ajrahum bighayri hisabin\n10. Say: \"O ye\n My servants who believe!\n Fear your Lord.\n Good is (the reward)\n For those who do good\n In this world.\nSpacious is God's earth!\n Those who patiently persevere\n Will truly receive\n A reward without measure!\"\n11. Qul innee omirtu an aAAbuda Allaha mukhlisan lahu alddeena\n11. Say: \"Verily, I am commanded\n To serve God\n With sincere devotion;\n12. Waomirtu li-an akoona awwala almuslimeena\n12. \"And I am commanded\n To be the first\n Of those who bow\n To God in Islam.\"\n13. Qul innee akhafu in AAasaytu rabbee AAathaba yawmin AAatheemin\n13. Say: \"I would, if I\n Disobeyed my Lord,\n Indeed have fear\n Of the Penalty\n Of a Mighty Day.\"\n14. Quli Allaha aAAbudu mukhlisan lahu deenee\n14. Say: \"It is God I serve,\n With my sincere\n (And exclusive) devotion:\n15. FaoAAbudoo ma shi/tum min doonihi qul inna alkhasireena allatheena khasiroo anfusahum waahleehim yawma alqiyamati ala thalika huwa alkhusranu almubeenu\n15. \"Serve ye what ye will\n Besides Him.\" Say:\n \"Truly, those in loss\n Are those who lose\n Their own souls\n And their People\n On the Day of Judgment:\n Ah! that is indeed\n The (real and) evident Loss!\n16. Lahum min fawqihim thulalun mina alnnari wamin tahtihim thulalun thalika yukhawwifu Allahu bihi AAibadahu ya AAibadi faittaqooni\n16. They shall have Layers\n Of Fire above them,\n And Layers (of Fire)\n Below them: with this\n Doth God warn off\n His Servants: \"O My Servants!\n Then fear ye Me!\"\n17. Waallatheena ijtanaboo alttaghoota an yaAAbudooha waanaboo ila Allahi lahumu albushra fabashshir AAibadi\n17. Those who eschew Evil,\n And fall not into\n Its worship,\u2014and turn\n To God (in repentance),\u2014\n For them is Good News:\n So announce the Good News\n To My Servants,\u2014\n18. Allatheena yastamiAAoona alqawla fayattabiAAoona ahsanahu ola-ika allatheena hadahumu Allahu waola-ika hum oloo al-albabi\n18. Those who listen\n To the Word,\n And follow\n The best (meaning) in it:\n Those are the ones\n Whom God has guided, and those\n Are the ones endued\n With understanding.\n19. Afaman haqqa AAalayhi kalimatu alAAathabi afaanta tunqithu man fee alnnari\n19. Is, then, one against whom\n The decree of Punishment\nIs justly due (equal\n To one who eschews evil)?\n Wouldst thou, then, deliver\n One (who is) in the Fire?\n20. Lakini allatheena ittaqaw rabbahum lahum ghurafun min fawqiha ghurafun mabniyyatun tajree min tahtiha al-anharu waAAda Allahi la yukhlifu Allahu almeeAAada\n20. But it is for those\n Who fear their Lord,\n That lofty mansions,\n One above another,\n Have been built:\n Beneath them flow\n Rivers (of delight): (such is)\n The Promise of God:\n Never doth God fail in\n (His) promise.\n21. Alam tara anna Allaha anzala mina alssama-i maan fasalakahu yanabeeAAa fee al-ardi thumma yukhriju bihi zarAAan mukhtalifan alwanuhu thumma yaheeju fatarahu musfarran thumma yajAAaluhu hutaman inna fee thalika lathikra li-olee al-albabi\n21. Seest thou not that God\n Sends down rain from\n The sky, and leads it\n Through springs in the earth.?\n Then He causes to grow,\n Therewith, produce of various\n Colours: then it withers;\n Thou wilt see it grow yellow;\n Then He makes it\n Dry up and crumble away.\n Truly, in this, is\n A Message of remembrance to\n Men of understanding.","title":"The Quran: S\u016bra XXXIX.: Zumar, or the Crowds.: Section 2 (10-21)","type":"page"}
