Wama asabakum min museebatin fabima kasabat aydeekum wayaAAfoo AAan katheerin\n30. Whatever misfortune\n Happens to you, is because\nOf the things your hands\n Have wrought, and for many\n (Of them) He grants forgiveness.\n31. Wama antum bimuAAjizeena fee al-ardi wama lakum min dooni Allahi min waliyyin wala naseerin\n31. Nor can ye frustrate (aught),\n (Fleeing) through the earth;\n Nor have ye, besides God,\n Any one to protect\n Or to help.\n32. Wamin ayatihi aljawari fee albahri kaal-aAAlami\n32. And among His Signs\n Are the ships, smooth-running\n Through the ocean, (tall)\n As mountains.\n33. In yasha/ yuskini alrreeha fayathlalna rawakida AAala thahrihi inna fee thalika laayatin likulli sabbarin shakoorin\n33. If it be His Will,\n He can still the Wind:\n Then would they become\n Motionless on the back\n Of the (ocean). Verily\n In this are Signs\n For everyone who patiently\n Perseveres and is grateful.\n34. Aw yoobiqhunna bima kasaboo wayaAAfu AAan katheerin\n34. Or He can cause them\n To perish because of\n The (evil) which (the men)\n Have earned; but much\n Doth He forgive.\n35. WayaAAlama allatheena yujadiloona fee ayatina ma lahum min maheesin\n35. But let those know, who\n Dispute about Our Signs,\n That there is for them\n No way of escape.\n36. Fama ooteetum min shay-in famataAAu alhayati alddunya wama AAinda Allahi khayrun waabqa lillatheena amanoo waAAala rabbihim yatawakkaloona\n36. Whatever ye are given (here)\n Is (but) a convenience\n Of this Life: but that\n Which is with God\n Is better and more lasting:\n (It is) for those who believe\n And put their trust\n In their Lord;\n37. Waallatheena yajtaniboona kaba-ira al-ithmi waalfawahisha wa-itha ma ghadiboo hum yaghfiroona\n37. Those who avoid the greater\n Crimes and shameful deeds,\n And, when they are angry\n Even then forgive;\n38. Waallatheena istajaboo lirabbihim waaqamoo alssalata waamruhum shoora baynahum wamimma razaqnahum yunfiqoona\n38. Those who hearken\n To their Lord, and establish\nRegular prayer; who (conduct)\n Their affairs by mutual\n Consultation;\n Who spend out of what\n We bestow on them\n For Sustenance;\n39. Waallatheena itha asabahumu albaghyu hum yantasiroona\n39. And those who, when\n An oppressive wrong is inflicted\n On them, (are not cowed\n But) help and defend themselves.\n40. Wajazao sayyi-atin sayyi-atun mithluha faman AAafa waaslaha faajruhu AAala Allahi innahu la yuhibbu alththalimeena\n40. The recompense for an injury\n Is an injury equal thereto\n (In degree): but if a person\n Forgives and makes reconciliation,\nHis reward is due\n From God: for (God)\n Loveth not those who\n Do wrong.\n41. Walamani intasara baAAda thulmihi faola-ika ma AAalayhim min sabeelin\n41. But indeed if any do help\n And defend themselves\n After a wrong (done)\n To them, against such\n There is no cause\n Of blame.\n42. Innama alssabeelu AAala allatheena yathlimoona alnnasa wayabghoona fee al-ardi bighayri alhaqqi ola-ika lahum AAathabun aleemun\n42. The blame is only\n Against those who oppress\n Men with wrong-doing\n And insolently transgress\n Beyond bounds through the land,\n Defying right and justice:\n For such there will be\n A Penalty grievous.\n43. Walaman sabara waghafara inna thalika lamin AAazmi al-omoori\n43.
