Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyu itha tallaqtumu alnnisaa fatalliqoohunna liAAiddatihinna waahsoo alAAiddata waittaqoo Allaha rabbakum la tukhrijoohunna min buyootihinna wala yakhrujna illa an ya/teena bifahishatin mubayyinatin watilka hudoodu Allahi waman yataAAadda hudooda Allahi faqad thalama nafsahu la tadree laAAalla Allaha yuhdithu baAAda thalika amran\n1. O Prophet! When ye\n Do divorce women,\n Divorce them at their\n Prescribed periods,\n And count (accurately)\n Their prescribed periods:\n And fear God your Lord:\n And turn them not out\n Of their houses, nor shall\n They (themselves) leave,\n Except in case they are\n Guilty of some open lewdness,\n Those are limits\n Set by God: and any\n Who transgresses the limits\n Of God, does verily\n Wrong his (own) soul:\n Thou knowest not if\nPerchance God will\n Bring about thereafter\n Some new situation.\n2. Fa-itha balaghna ajalahunna faamsikoohunna bimaAAroofin aw fariqoohunna bimaAAroofin waashhidoo thaway AAadlin minkum waaqeemoo alshshahadata lillahi thalikum yooAAathu bihi man kana yu/minu biAllahi waalyawmi al-akhiri waman yattaqi Allaha yajAAal lahu makhrajan\n2. Thus when they fulfil\n Their term appointed,\n Either take them back\n On equitable terms\n Or part with them\n On equitable terms;\n And take for witness\n Two persons from among you,\n Endued with justice,\n And establish the evidence\n (As) before God. Such\n Is the admonition given\n To him who believes\n In God and the Last Day.\n And for those who fear\n God, He (ever) prepares\n A way out,\n3. Wayarzuqhu min haythu la yahtasibu waman yatawakkal AAala Allahi fahuwa hasbuhu inna Allaha balighu amrihi qad jaAAala Allahu likulli shay-in qadran\n3. And He provides for him\n From (sources) he never\n Could imagine. And if\n Any one puts his trust\n In God, sufficient is (God)\n For him. For God will\nSurely accomplish His purpose:\n Verily, for all things\n Has God appointed\n A due proportion.\n4. Waalla-ee ya-isna mina almaheedi min nisa-ikum ini irtabtum faAAiddatuhunna thalathatu ashhurin waalla-ee lam yahidna waolatu al-ahmali ajaluhunna an yadaAAna hamlahunna waman yattaqi Allaha yajAAal lahu min amrihi yusran\n4. Such of your women\n As have passed the age\n Of monthly courses, for them\n The prescribed period, if ye\n Have any doubts, is\n Three months, and for those\n Who have no courses\n (It is the same):\n For those who carry\n (Life within their wombs),\n Their period is until\n They deliver their burdens:\n And for those who\n Fear God, He will\n Make their path easy.\n5. Thalika amru Allahi anzalahu ilaykum waman yattaqi Allaha yukaffir AAanhu sayyi-atihi wayuAAthim lahu ajran\n5. That is the Command\n Of God, which He\n Has sent down to you:\n And if any one fears God,\n He will remove his ills\n From him, and will enlarge\n His reward.\n6. Askinoohunna min haythu sakantum min wujdikum wala tudarroohunna litudayyiqoo AAalayhinna wa-in kunna olati hamlin faanfiqoo AAalayhinna hatta yadaAAna hamlahunna fa-in ardaAAna lakum faatoohunna ojoorahunna wa/tamiroo baynakum bimaAAroofin wa-in taAAasartum fasaturdiAAu lahu okhra\n6. Let the women live\n (In \u2018iddat) in the same\nStyle as ye live,\n According to your means:\n Annoy them not, so as\n To restrict them.\n And if they carry (life\n In their wombs), then\n Spend (your substance) on them\n Until they deliver\n Their burden: and if\n They suckle your (offspring),\n Give them their recompense:\n And take mutual counsel\n Together, according to\n What is just and reasonable.\n And if ye find yourselves\n In difficulties, let another\n Woman suckle (the child)\n On the (father's) behalf.\n7. Liyunfiq thoo saAAatin min saAAatihi waman qudira AAalayhi rizquhu falyunfiq mimma atahu Allahu la yukallifu Allahu nafsan illa ma ataha sayajAAalu Allahu baAAda AAusrin yusran\n7. Let the man of means\n Spend according to\n His means: and the man\n Whose resources are restricted,\n Let him spend according\n To what God has given him.\n God puts no burden\n On any person beyond\n What He has given him.\n After a difficulty, God\n Will soon grant relief.","title":"The Quran: S\u016bra LXV.: \u1e6cal\u0101q, or Divorce.:...","type":"page"}
