Sabbihi isma rabbika al-aAAla\n1. Glorify the name\n Of' thy Guardian-Lord\n Most High,\n2. Who hath created,\n And further, given\n Order and proportion;\n3. Who hath ordained laws.\n And granted guidance;\n4. Waallathee akhraja almarAAa\n4. And Who bringeth out\n The (green and luscious) pasture,\n5. And then doth make it\n (But) swarthy stubble.\n6. By degrees shall We\n Teach thee to declare\n(The Message), so thou\n Shalt not forget,\n7. Illa ma shaa Allahu innahu yaAAlamu aljahra wama yakhfa\n7. Except as God wills:\n For He knoweth\n What is manifest\n And what is hidden.\n8. And We will make it\n Easy for thee (to follow)\n The simple (Path).\n9. Fathakkir in nafaAAati alththikra\n9. Therefore give admonition\n In case the admonition\n Profits (the hearer).\n10. Sayaththakkaru man yakhsha\n10. The admonition will be received\n By those who fear (God):\n11. But it will be avoided\n By those most unfortunate ones,\n12. Allathee yasla alnnara alkubra\n12. Who will enter\n The Great Fire,\n13. Thumma la yamootu feeha wala yahya\n13. In which they will then\n Neither die nor live.\n14. But those will prosper\n Who purify themselves,\n15. Wathakara isma rabbihi fasalla\n15. And glorify the name\n Of their Guardian-Lord,\n And (lift their hearts)\n In Prayer.\n16. Bal tu/thiroona alhayata alddunya\n16. Nay (behold), ye prefer\n The life of this world;\n17. Waal-akhiratu khayrun waabqa\n17. But the Hereafter\n Is better and more enduring.\n18. Inna hatha lafee alssuhufi al-oola\n18. And this is\n In the Books\n Of the earliest (Revelations),\u2014\n19.
