Hal ataka hadeethu alghashiyati\n1. Has the story\n Reached thee, of\n The Overwhelming (Event)?\n2. Wujoohun yawma-ithin khashiAAatun\n2. Some faces, that Day,\n Will be humiliated,\n3. Labouring (hard), weary,\u2014\n4. The while they enter\n The Blazing Fire,\u2014\n5. The while they are given,\n To drink, of a bailing hot spring,\n6. Laysa lahum taAAamun illa min dareeAAin\n6. No food will there be\n For them but a bitter Dhar\u012b\u2019\n7. La yusminu wala yughnee min jooAAin\n7. Which will neither nourish\n Nor satisfy hunger.\n8. Wujoohun yawma-ithin naAAimatun\n8. (Other) faces that Day\n Will be joyful,\n9. Pleased with their Striving,\u2014\n10. In a Garden on high,\n11. La tasmaAAu feeha laghiyatan\n11. Where they shall hear\n No (word) of vanity:\n12. Therein will be\n A bubbling spring:\n13. Feeha sururun marfooAAatun\n13. Therein will be Thrones\n (Of dignity), raised on high,\n14. Goblets placed (ready),\n15. And Cushions set in rows,\n16. And rich carpets\n (All) spread out.\n17. Afala yanthuroona ila al-ibili kayfa khuliqat\n17. Do they not look\n At the Camels,\n How they are made?\u2014\n18. Wa-ila alssama-i kayfa rufiAAat\n18. And at the Sky,\n How it is raised high?\u2014\n19. Wa-ila aljibali kayfa nusibat\n19. And at the Mountains,\n How they are fixed firm?\u2014\n20. Wa-ila al-ardi kayfa sutihat\n20. And at the Earth,\n How it is spread out?\n21. Fathakkir innama anta muthakkirun\n21. Wherefore do thou give\n Admonition, for thou art\n One to admonish.\n22. Lasta AAalayhim bimusaytirin\n22. Thou art not one\n To manage (men's) affairs.\n23. But if any turn away\n And reject God,\u2014\n24. FayuAAaththibuhu Allahu alAAathaba al-akbara\n24. God will punish him\n With a mighty Punishment,\n25. For to Us will be\n Their Return;\n26. Thumma inna AAalayna hisabahum\n26.
